Le Gîte de Roseraie is fully self-contained and detached from the main property

It's very well equipped, comprising of a kitchen diner, lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom

Le Gîte de Roseraie is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

The owners Janet and Ronald Owttrim (English) live on site and will help to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Entrance

Driving down a small country lane with beautiful views of the countryside, you will come across La Mercerie (Main House of the owner).

Drive through the imposing archway and arrive at the Gite on your right.

Main Bedroom

The main large Bedroom has a comfortable Super King size Bed, bedside tables, double aspect view overlooking the gardens and pool.

It has a Free sat TV and plenty of storage for clothes.

Single Bedroom

Through the corridor is a single Bedroom with Free sat TV and storage.

Opposite is the Shower room which includes a Walk in jet shower, toilet and wash basin.

Onsite can be found a heated swimming pool, spa, outside kitchen and BBQ.

There are 2 fishing lakes available for those who enjoy this hobby.

There is plenty of opportunities for photography, art, wildlife watching or just relaxing.
